Spring Peas And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar snap peas or snow peas (stem ends and strings)
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1/2 c. apple juice (no sugar added)
    2 tsp. reduced calorie tub margarine
    mint sprigs (garnish)
Preparation
    In 1-quart casserole, combine first 3 ingredients.
    Cover and microwave on High 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
    Add margarine and stir to combine.
    Microwave, uncovered, on High for 3 minutes. Let stand 1 minute.
