Mincemeat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    3 medium apples, peeled and chopped
    3/4 c. seedless raisins
    1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/4 c. rum or brandy
    2 crusts pastry
Preparation
    In saucepan over medium heat, bring to boil all ingredients except brandy and pastry.
    Stir often and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Remove from heat, stir in brandy. Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
