Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until done in 2 or 3 (9-inch) cake pans.
    Frost when cooled with cream cheese frosting.
