Beef Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless chuck roast
    1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
    1 pkg. dehydrated mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Put oil in pan.
    Heat on high until oil is hot.
    Brown roast on each side; turn heat down to 300\u00b0.
    Put 1 cup water in pan, add soup and put lid on or foil over.
    Cook until meat is tender. Takes about 2 hours or more.
    Makes its own gravy.
    Can cook in oven or on top of stove.
