Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 squash
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. canned milk
    oleo
    1 c. grated cheese
    saltine crackers
    onion (if desired)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Mix together 3 eggs and 1/2 cup milk.
    Add squash, onion, salt and pepper, cheese and crackers.
    Melt oleo in casserole dish.
    Stir all ingredients in casserole dish.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 30 or 40 minutes.
