Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 large onion
    1 c. fresh chopped broccoli
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    oleo
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can milk
    6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice and cool.
    Saute onion, broccoli and mushrooms in oleo.
    Mix soup with milk.
    Combine everything and put in greased pan.
    Grate 2 ounces Cheddar cheese on top.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
