Hamburger-Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, sliced
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    salt and pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Place a generous layer of sliced cabbage in the bottom of a casserole dish.
    Brown hamburger and onion; drain.
    Add rice and seasonings and mix well.
    Alternately layer meat mixture and cabbage, ending with cabbage.
    Mix soup and water and pour over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours (or until cabbage cooks).
