Cheese Crackers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, ground
1/4 tsp. cayenne
Preparation

Combine cheese, butter and salt in food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Add flour and pecans and process until blended. Form dough into teaspoon-sized balls and place on greased baking sheets.
Flatten with a fork, dipping fork in flour if necessary to keep from sticking.
Sprinkle crackers with cayenne.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes, until just beginning to brown.
Serve hot or cool to room temperature.
Servings:
12 (serving size = 2 or 3 crackers).
Preparation time is 20 minutes.
