Eggnog Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 to 2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. whipping cream (do not use substitute)
2 to 3 tsp. rum or orange flavoring
Preparation

In order given, measure ingredients into large mixer bowl. Blend 1/2 minute at low speed and 3 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan immediately.
Serve with Fruit Sauce (recipe follows).
