Crab Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil (olive or canola)
    1/3 to 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/3 to 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
    5 to 6 hot peppers (i.e., jalapenos)
    1 c. cooked crab (1 1/2 to 2 cans)
    1/2 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and celery; add peppers and crabmeat. Cook, stir-fry style, until mixture begins to brown.
    Add cilantro and salt; cook a bit more until well mixed.
    Serve with tortillas or crackers.
