Chili Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. oil
2 cans condensed chili beef soup
12 manicotti shells
2 beaten eggs
2 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese, drained
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 to 2 pickled jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cook onion and garlic in hot oil until tender.
Stir in soup and water; heat thoroughly.
Cook manicotti shells in salted boiling water; drain.
Combine eggs, cottage cheese, jalapenos and 1 cup of cheese; mix well.
