Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    2 slices bread
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Make a paste of the bread, milk and butter.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add salmon, egg yolks and salt.
    Mix well, then fold in stiffly beaten whites.
    Bake in a greased pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
