Cleaette'S Sweet And Sour Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. brisket
    1 to 2 onions
    1 clove garlic
    3/4 c. dark brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Dice onions and garlic.
    Saute until lightly browned.
    Sear brisket on both sides.
    Combine all ingredients, except brisket, in a large casserole, mixing well.
    Add brisket.
    Cook, covered, 2 to 3 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Baste occasionally.
