Norwegian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round or chuck
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. minced onions
    1 egg
    1 slice soft bread, crumbled
    1/2 c. milk (soak bread crumbs in milk)
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together and form into balls. In 9 x 13-inch pan, put balls. Mix 1 cup hot water with 1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in it. Pour over meat. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Turn meatballs over after 1/2 hour. Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes. Serves 3 to 4. Can freeze. Can do ahead.
