Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In large saucepan, bring chicken broth to boil; stir in rice, return to boil.
    Cover and reduce heat; simmer 15 to 20 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
    Meanwhile, cook mushrooms and onion in butter until tender, about 2 minutes.
    Stir in nuts and cool 1 minute more.
    Add mushroom mixture to cooked rice and mix well. Serves 8.
