Squash Casserole Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked yellow squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 carrot, lightly peeled and grated
1 medium onion, chopped finely
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. margarine (to dot on top of casserole)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients but bread crumbs.
Grease baking dish with margarine.
Sprinkle some bread crumbs in bottom of casserole.
Add the combined mixture.
Top with margarine.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
