Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
12 oz. backfin crab meat, drained
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. parsley flakes
3 Tbsp. sherry
3 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, parsley flakes, salt and pepper in a 1-quart saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
Stir in crab meat and sherry.
Melt Cheddar cheese (2 to 3 ounces) on top.
Serve while warm with crackers.
