Little League Egg-Dipped Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    6 to 8 slices bread
    butter
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    In a shallow dish, beat the eggs slightly and add the salt, sugar and milk.
    Dip the bread slices in the mixture, turning to moisten both sides.
    Butter as needed to keep the slices from sticking.
    Serve hot.
    This is very good with bacon or ham and preserves.
    Serves 3 to 4.
