Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil and sugar together.
    Add flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add zucchini and vanilla; mix well. Fold in chopped nuts.
    Pour into well-greased and floured loaf pans (2).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on racks.
    Freezes well.
