Cream Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    2 cans crescent dinner rolls
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    confectioners sugar
    shaved almonds
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese and separate the egg.
    Blend cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar.
    Add vanilla.
    Spread 1 roll of crescent dough in 9 1/2 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour filling in and then spread the other roll of crescents on top.
    Glaze with egg white.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until filling is done, approximately 1/2 hour.
    Cool and then glaze top with confectioners sugar and water mixture.
    Top with almonds and refrigerate.
