John'S Dutch Baby - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 c. flour
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs about 1 minute.
    Add milk and melted butter; mix well.
    Add 1 cup of flour and beat 30 seconds.
    Pour batter into a well buttered, ovenproof, 12-inch skillet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes, until batter has risen and edges are golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into wedges and serve immediately.
