Cabbage And Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. frozen baby peas
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. roasted unsalted nuts (almonds, walnuts or cashews)
1/4 c. low fat plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dijon type mustard
1/8 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Combine cabbage and uncooked green peas in a bowl. Place nuts in a shallow pan and roast at 300\u00b0 until lightly browned. Let cool. Combine rest of ingredients and mix into salad. Add nuts just before serving. Serves 3 to 4 people.
