Indian Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples, pared, cored and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel or orange peel
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
    Cook, uncovered, over low heat for 45 to 60 minutes, stirring (OFTEN).
    Chill.
