Venison Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. deer, ground
1 can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. pepper
3 stalks celery, diced
1 1/2 c. water or more
2 pkg. chili seasoning
1 bell pepper, diced
Preparation
-
Brown meat lightly.
Add vegetables, bell pepper and celery and finish browning meat.
Add rest of ingredients.
Simmer at least an hour for best flavor.
