Apple Dipper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    3 to 4 Tbsp. apple cider
    1/2 c. grated apple
    2 tsp. chopped chives
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and apple cider until smooth and creamy. Blend in well grated apple; stir in chives and salt to taste. Chill.
    Serve with carrot and celery sticks, radishes, apple wedges or crackers as desired.
