Fresh Raspberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 c. fresh raspberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine in large bowl the flour, cornstarch, salt and sugar. Add raspberries and the lemon juice; blend thoroughly.
Turn into pastry lined pan; dot with the butter.
Place top crust over filling; seal and flute.
Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce oven to 350\u00b0.
Continue baking for 30 to 35 minutes.
