Beer Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs velveeta cheese (soft)
    1---12 oz. stale beer (Budweiser)
    1---16 oz. Helmanns Mayonnaise
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. red pepper (Cayenne)
    2 tsp. tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Open and let beer sit over night. Mix everything into a big mixing bowl. Beat until real smooth. Cover and let sit in refrigerator a day or so, then serve.
