Yellow Cucumber Pickle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. large yellow cucumbers
    1 gal. cold water
    1 1/2 c. lime
Preparation
    Peel cucumbers. Slice lengthwise or across.
    Take out seeds. Soak in lime water for 24 hours. Drain off lime water and wash real good, 2 or 3 times. Soak in cold ice water for 3 hours. Drain off the ice water real good.
