Persimmon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. persimmon pulp
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. each; cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients.
Add the rest.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
