Macaroni Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box elbow macaroni noodles
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can beef broth, if needed
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1/4 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. stew meat
    6 c. water
    white or black pepper, to taste
    salt, to taste
Preparation
    Boil stew meat, onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic powder in water until tender.
    Add tomato sauce, beef broth, and salt and pepper.
    Cook until done.
