Dobosh Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. orange or lemon extract
1 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. sweet butter
1 pkg. chocolate pudding
1 or 2 Tbsp. instant coffee
1/8 fluid oz. rum essence
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until creamy.
Slowly add sugar.
Add vanilla and lemon (orange) extract.
Add flour and baking powder.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Fold egg whites in egg yolk mixture.
Evenly spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter on round buttered cake pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
Continue for all of batter.
