Eggs El Dorado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    4 English muffins, split
Preparation
    Slice eggs on cutting board with egg slicer or small knife. Melt margarine in skillet. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender (onion will lose its very white color). Spoon Cheez Whiz into skillet with metal spoon. Add sliced eggs and cook over low heat, stirring often with wooden spoon until cheese is melted. Toast muffin halves in toaster and place on serving plate. Spoon sauce over muffins. Serve immediately.
