Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, fried
    8 oz. cheese, grated
    6 slices bread, broken
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Arrange bread, sausage and cheese (2 layers of each).
    Beat rest of ingredients together and pour over casserole.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight (8 hours).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove cover and sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese and broil until lightly brown.
