Pickled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 clove garlic
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms in salted water 5 to 8 minutes. Drain.
    Mix other ingredients and add.
