Lasagne #1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans (6 oz.) tomato paste
3 c. hot water
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
Preparation

In shallow baking dish, place enough sauce to cover bottom, then half the noodles.
Spread with cottage cheese, thin slices of Mozzarella, half of remaining sauce, rest of noodles, sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until bubbling hot.
