Peach Pie (2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced peaches
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. minute tapioca
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together just to coat fruit, let stand 15 minutes.
    Fill pastry lined 9 inch pie pan with fruit mixture, dot with 1 Tbsp. butter.
    Cover pie with top crust, seal & flute edges.
    Cut several slits to permit steam to escape.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0 or until juices form bubbles that burst slowly and top is golden brown.
