Won Ton'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. hamburger
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
    30 won ton wraps
    1 lb. shortening
Preparation
    Combine hamburger with seasonings.
    Place 1/2 teaspoon of hamburger mixture on won ton skin.
    Wrap skin around hamburger ball.
    Deep fry at medium-high heat until golden brown.
    Remove from fryer and serve.
    Makes 30.
