Sandwich Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. flour
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 qt. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 large cake yeast
Preparation
    Put flour in large mixing bowl.
    Make a well in flour, then add the eggs, shortening, sugar, salt and milk.
    Put yeast in little bowl with 1/2 cup warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Pour into bowl and mix together.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Punch down and form into balls, about 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
    Dip in flour and place on greased cookie sheet and press down.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Bake about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes about 6 dozen.
