Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 1/2 c. lukewarm water
3 Tbsp. yeast
3 c. white flour
3 c. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. honey
7 c. flour (mix white and whole wheat)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix water and yeast until yeast is dissolved.
Add your 6 cups of flour and mix up.
Add your salt, oil, honey and rest of the flour.
Knead your dough for 5 minutes. Let rest, covered with a towel, until double in size.
I get 4 loaves of bread and a large size of cinnamon rolls out of this recipe.
You'll also need a very large bowl for the dough.
Bake bread 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
