Rice Roger Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken thighs and/or drumsticks
    3/4 c. uncooked wild or plain rice
    3 oz. can mushrooms
    1/2 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3/4 c. hot water
    Salt to taste
Preparation
    Flour and brown chicken in a little oil.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Put rice and salt in large flat casserole and sprinkle with grated onion. Add mushrooms and arrange chicken over all.
    Pour bouillon over all and dot with butter.
