Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. onions
10 green peppers
6 hot peppers
3 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 c. vinegar
3/8 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
Preparation

Cook ingredients for 45 minutes.
Process in jars for 20 minutes.
