Broccoli Or Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 1 qt. canned squash
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 roll Ritz crackers
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli or squash.
    Mix soup, mayonnaise, cheese, egg and onion.
    Add vegetable and mix.
    Pour into dish. Cover with crackers you have sauteed in butter.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
