Pollo Con Naranja(Chicken With Orange) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 1/2 lb.) chickens, quartered
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 small can frozen orange juice, diluted with water to be 3 c.
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 c. white, seedless raisins
    1 c. slivered almonds
    2 oranges, sectioned or 1 can mandarin orange sections
Preparation
    Advance Preparation:
    Brown chicken in hot butter or oil in skillet.
    Remove chicken.
    Add flour, salt and spices to skillet, stirring to form a paste.
    Add orange
    juice and Tabasco sauce. Stir constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
    Add chicken, raisins and almonds.
    Cover tightly.
    (May be refrigerated overnight.)
