Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin or round steak
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium garlic clove, minced
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can beef consomme
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. noodles
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Slice beef across grain into very thin, 1/2-inch long strips. In large skillet, heat oil.
    Saute beef until tender.
    Add onion, garlic and mushrooms.
    Stir and cook 3 minutes.
    Stir in mushroom soup, beef consomme, water, seasoned salt and pepper.
    Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in sour cream. Cook noodles.
