Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini squash
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and remainder of ingredients.
    Pour into two (2) loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
