Cuban Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

marinated rice (directions follow)
4 Tbsp. olive oil or salad oil
2 medium-size green peppers, seeded and finely chopped
about 3 c. vegetable stock
2 Tbsp. vinegar
about 6 c. cooked black beans or red beans
2 medium-size onions, finely chopped
5 large cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. each ground cumin and oregano leaves
Preparation

Prepare marinated rice.
Set aside for 1 hour or until next day; bring to room temperature before serving.
