Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    salt to sprinkle on top
Preparation
    Put water in bowl.
    Sprinkle in yeast and stir.
    Add salt, sugar and flour.
    Mix and knead dough with hands.
    Roll and twist into pretzels.
    Place on greased cookie sheet and brush with beaten egg.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
