Cream Style Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    22 c. sweet corn
    1 pt. half and half
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 lb. butter
Preparation
    Cut 22 cups raw sweet corn off cob.
    Put corn in large roaster.
    Pour in half and half.
    Cut butter into 1/2 cubes and stir in sugar.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Ready to eat or cool in cold water and place in bags to freeze.
