Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped (optional)
    1 egg, beaten well
    1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
    1 small can tomato paste
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    After mixing thoroughly, make into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
