Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large Granny Smith apples
    8 oz. dry roasted peanuts
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 large Cool Whip
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. real butter (room temperature)
Preparation
    Cream sugar, egg and butter for 5 minutes.
    Blend with Cool Whip and add pineapple.
    Add apples and nuts just before serving.
